For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Player Capital Master is deliberately engineered as an offline-first utility. All user budget entries, numeric ledger allocations, profile schemes, and transaction histories are written strictly to Your device's internal secure storage and are never transmitted to, viewed by, or stored on Wook Tech Industries' servers.
Pro users may manually export Your ledger as a JSON or CSV file and import it back later. Export files are written to Your device's chosen location (e.g., the Downloads folder, or a directory You select via Android's Storage Access Framework) and never pass through Wook Tech Industries' servers. The Company does not host, control, or retain copies of these export files. Any subsequent storage, sharing, or transmission of those files is solely under Your control.
Wook Tech Industries LLC operates under a strict data integrity mandate. We do not sell, lease, trade, or share personal user data, application logs, or financial tracking schemas with third-party data brokers, advertising aggregators, or outside marketing entities.
The Company utilizes collected data strictly for the following functional purposes:
Data is explicitly blocked from external distribution except in the following limited, operational conditions:
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Account information, internal server troubleshooting logs, and support correspondence are kept for a maximum of 24 months before undergoing secure automated purging or complete cryptographic anonymization.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You from Our infrastructure. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time natively within your Account profile setup, or by reaching out to Us directly at Our verified support channel.
Under rare, exceptional circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by valid legal mandate or in response to verifiable public authority orders (e.g., a federal court subpoena).
The security of Your Personal Data is foundational to Us. Player Capital Master isolates all local database files within the operating system's native application sandbox directory, ensuring other applications cannot access your ledger data. While no method of local storage or digital transmission is 100% impenetrable, We utilize clean, offline-first local storage architectures to maximize the integrity and privacy of Your local files.
