WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. ANY CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES, ROUTING DATA, OR METRICS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WOOK TECH INDUSTRIES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Arkansas.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Services and to block or prevent your future access if you violate any provision of these Terms.
